Service Crew (Full/Part-Time)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle daily operations activities (hands-on) such as Cashiering, Kitchen duties, and Tea making
- Learn the art of pearl making 

Requirements:
- No experience required as on-the-job training will be provided
- Pleasant disposition and well-groomed
- Team player and self-motivated
- Excellent and positive service attitude
- Able to work shifts, weekends, the eve of public holidays and public holidays on 6 days per week, on rotating shifts

Store Manager (Full-Time)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage the store's daily operations activities and ensure drinks/ bobas are being served constantly throughout the day
- Planning of staff's weekly scheduling, ordering of ingredients/ goods


Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of management experience required 
- Pleasant disposition and well-groomed
- Team player and self-motivated
- Excellent and positive service attitude
- Able to work shifts, weekends, the eve of public holidays and public holidays on 6 days per week, on rotating shifts

Operations Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Oversee and own all aspects of the daily operations of stores to ensure smooth running

- Monitor consistent quality of service and production in all outlets

- Ensure compliance with SOPs in all outlets

- Review and improve SOP standards and be the owner for the operations manual/guide

- Work with Marketing and cross functional teams to plan and deliver successful programmes

- Develop new operating strategies to improve operational efficiency and maximise the operations productivity

- Responsible for manpower planning in all outlets

- Ensures compliance with the company’s policies and procedures

- Influencing or making decisions on issues such as recruitment, discipline, termination of employment, performance assessment and reward

- Perform outlet visitation checks

- Shares relevant news/information with the outlet staff on a regular basis (timely updates, improve communications)

- Conduct regular operations and store meetings to disseminate and collect information

- In-charge of company operational logistics and daily operational planning

- Handle store setup, renovation works, and reinstatement works. Key liaison for landlords, contractors and stakeholders

- Helps to keep outlets in the good condition by being in charge of service and maintenance for outlet equipment, IT related equipment,

   fire extinguishers, facilities and services. Work closely with contractors and landlords

- Managing facelifts and/or major renovation together with project team

- Conduct regular checks and inspection of outlets and equipment

- Handle special projects as assigned

- Maintains overview of status of all outlets in terms of business performance, staffing matters, compliance issues and leases relating to both tenant

   and landlords 

- Co-audits outlets together with Service Quality team to ensure that customers experience a high quality of service, hygiene and food quality at outlets

- In charge of and oversee weekly stock ordering as well as overseas purchase requisitions 

- Reporting and outlet performance reviews

Requirements:

- Bachelors Degree or diploma in related field 

- Fluent in English and Mandarin

- Minimum 3 years multi-store management experience in F&B

- Basic computer literacy including Google applications

- Prior experience in operations will be an advantage

- Action oriented; committed and reliable 

- Decision making skills, persuasive and able to lead and take initiative to solve issues or offer alternatives

Operations Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist Operations Manager to manage daily operations on site

- Assist Operations Manager to plan manpower for operations

- Assist with the development of in-house training

- Implement standard procedures for cleaning tools and equipment maintenance

- Manage supply of cleaning materials

- Place orders to maintain stock levels

- Plan and implement environmentally sustainable work practices

- Analyse Overtime and Attendance reports monthly

- Prepare reports on stock counts

- Provide advice and guidance on issues relating to training as required

- Provide human resource support and guidance to the Store /Area Managers
