Service Crew (Full/Part-Time)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle daily operations activities (hands-on) such as Cashiering, Kitchen duties, and Tea making
- Learn the art of pearl making 

Requirements:
- No experience required as on-the-job training will be provided
- Pleasant disposition and well-groomed
- Team player and self-motivated
- Excellent and positive service attitude
- Able to work shifts, weekends, the eve of public holidays and public holidays on 6 days per week, on rotating shifts

Boba Master (Full-time)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Learn the art of pearl making and master the SOP for all the different Boba flavours

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstation and pearl making equipment

- Prepare ingredients for Boba making

Requirements:

- No experience required as on-the-job training will be provided

- Pleasant disposition and well-groomed

- Able to work 6 hours per day, 5 days a week

Management Trainee

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Trained to handle full outlet operations in the first 9 to 12 months which includes backend kitchen duties, front end customer services, tea making procedure, product quality assurance, manpower planning and cost controlling.

- For the next 3 months after you have completed the outlet operations training, after you have achieved the objectives, you will be reassigned to different department in HQ to understand more on inventory management, business development and administrative support functions.

- You will also have the chance to attend training courses that will equip with essential expertise to perform future assigned positions

- Candidates will be assigned a mentor/coach throughout the training to facilitate learning process

Requirements:

- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in any field

- No experience required as on-the-job training will be provided

- Keen to be part of the F&B industry

- Excellent and positive service attitude

- Team player and self-motivated

- Able to work shifts, weekends, the eve of public holidays and public holidays
