Eligibility
The contest is open to all residents in Singapore who are 18 years or older, except for employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies of the contest sponsor or their immediate family members.
 

Entry Requirements
To be eligible for the Mysteary Challenge draw, participants must purchase a Mysteary bundle from the contest sponsor and complete the following steps:
 

a. Indicate their guess on the cups included in the bundle.

b. Snap a photo of both cups indicating their guesses and share on their Instagram or Tiktok. Participant’s social media profile should be kept public.

c. Tag the contest sponsor's official social media account, @playmade.onezo, @shopbacksg and use the hashtag #PlaymadeMysteary in their post.
 

Multiple entries are acceptable, as long as the entries comply with the contest requirements. All entries are to be submitted by 4-Jun-2023, 2359hrs
 

Content Ownership
By submitting an entry to the contest, the entrant agrees that the contest sponsor has the right to use, publish, and display the entry on their website and social media channels, as well as in any other marketing or advertising materials.
 

Selection of winner
The winner of the Mysteary Challenge draw will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries received by the submission deadline. The winner will be contacted through direct message on social media, and if they do not respond within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.
 

Prize
The prize for the Mysteary Challenge draw will be specified in the contest announcement and is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The contest sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar one of equal or greater value.

a. Air tickets to Taipei

ShopBack has sponsored the airfares of the Tickets exclusive of any taxes, surcharges, additional baggage fees, insurance fees, rebooking fees, or any other fees that are applicable to all Tickets. Winners of the Tickets are liable for all above-said taxes, surcharges or fees, in accordance with airlines’ ticketing policies. ShopBack determines the designated travel month for the air tickets to Taipei. The air ticket pair is subject to a maximum value of $1000. Any costs beyond this amount will be borne by the winner.

ShopBack and PlayMade reserves the right to amend or withdraw the terms and conditions without prior notice.

ShopBack reserves the right to invalidate any order that does not comply with the terms and conditions.
 

b. Travel Documents
The winner is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, such as a passport and visa, and for complying with all applicable travel requirements.
 

c. Travel Restrictions
The contest sponsor reserves the right to impose travel restrictions for the use of the tickets and is subject to the stipulated travel period.  All tickets are round-trip tickets to/from Taipei, non-refundable, non-reroutable, non-transferable. Use of the Tickets is subject to embargo/blackout periods and seat availability of concerned airlines as well as the terms and conditions, imposed by the airlines.
 

The contest sponsor accepts no liability for any damage, loss (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss), liability, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by any person arising out of or in connection with the Tickets. Please contact the airline concerned for further details of the Tickets including the arrangement on booking/rebooking.
 

It is important to note that the prize includes only a pair of air tickets to Taipei and is not inclusive of any additional services or options. The winner will be responsible for arranging their own accommodations, transportation, and any other expenses incurred during the trip.
 

Verification
To claim the prize for the Mysteary Challenge draw, the winner may be required to provide proof of purchase of the Mysteary bundle and their social media post indicating their guess on the cups.
Publicity
The winner agrees to allow the contest sponsor to use their name, image, and city/state of residence for publicity purposes without compensation.

Disqualification
The contest sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the rules, contains inappropriate content, or is deemed fraudulent.
 

Liability
The contest sponsor is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of participation in the contest or the use of the prize.
 

Privacy
Any personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties.

Amendments
The contest sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest at any time without notice, and to amend these terms and conditions as necessary.

Governing Law
The contest is governed by the laws of the country, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the country.
 

By participating in the contest, the entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
